I had bought 4 sets of LED lights ( total 40 bulbs) on Mar 14 for 12,020/-. The bulbs were not the right fit so I initiated a return request. The parcel was supposed to be picked up on Mar 21. It was never picked up. They changed the pickup date to Mar 24. SAgain it has not been picked up. Then it was changed to Mar 28. Still not picked up. I was told that an NOC has been submitted for an advance refund and the parcel will be picked up on Apr 2. Today is Apr 3 and there still hasn’t been a pick up. In the meantime, I have bought the correct item fromAmazon and paid another 10,500/-.

I want my money back. Amazon can come and collect the item whenever they want after they have sorted out the issue with the return pickup team.
