My PNR Number J4845F with Go Air was cancelled by the airline and a refund of Rupees 12,458.00 was processed in my favour vide their e-mail dated March 15, 2021 to be credited to me through Makemytrip.
Despite repeated attempts to contact the MMT customer care, it is again and again giving me an automated status of ‘no refund Due”. All my attempts to talk with the MMT executives have failed.
