I had returned two shoes and asked for refund nearly two months back. Since then I have been trying to track about the refund but this chatting system of club factory is so worst that I hardly get to communicate to them. Some how when I manage to ask about the refund they say it’s already done and follow this step and that step etc.. but whenever I check the app wallet it shows an error. I complaine about this but no response from these irresponsible people. It’s almost two months yet no refund?? Shame on you guys!
