I have book ticket on 05.02.2020 Mumbai to Varanasi. Flight got cancelled due to COVID

Paid Amt # 9324/-
Indigo PNR # BCQRKL
As per Indigo Refund of Rs. 8618/- to Via A/C on 20th July. Via has not refunded my money yet, their customer care number also not working, multiple time mail sent no response from thier end. Even raise complaint on their website vide ref no # S20081800001294 – No revert on this also.
