Hello sir me kafi time se filpkart me shoping krta tha ek din muje mera acount logout ho jata he jb me us ko login krta hu to woh login nhi ho pata mene kitni baar filpkart ke coustmer care me call kra magar waha se bhi muje koi proper anwser nhi deta mene kafi mail kra us ke baad muje us me se ek mail.ka rply aata he ki app ka account block kr diya gya he mene unko fir se mail kra ki app ne mera account block kr diya he to mera wallet blance jo ki 39600 rupess he woh muje refund kr do magar abhi tk mera mail ka koi rply nhi aaya he 1.5 year jitna time ho chuka he magar filpkart ne abhi tk mera wallet blance refund nhi kra plzz muje mera refund krwa do.
