The customer has a complaint on the consumer forum portal as I ordered on 2nd March and my order is prepaid.As per Flipkart’s guidelines, the item should be shipped within the next 3 Days.Its been already more than 12 Days but my order has not been shipped yet.I called their customer service but it was of no use. Neither did they take any action nor they cancel my order and refund my money. Please help me to get a refund of my money.
