I BUY A PRODUCT FROM AMAZON BIG SALE ON 13MAY 2019 9AM AND THE PRODUCT PAMENT IS DONE BY THE PAYTM AMOUNT OF Rs1999 AND THE PRODUCT DELIVER TIME IS 9AM 14MAY 2019 BUT I HAVE NOT RECIVED MY PRODUCT.THE PAYTM CUSTOMERCARE IS SAID THAT I HAVE NO RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS.HE GIVE ONLY NAME AND MERCHANT ACCOUNT HOLDER NAME.NO OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT THIS.THE AMOUNT OF PRODUCT RS.1999. DEDUCT MY PAYTM WALLET PROPERLY.I FILE COMPLAIN AGAINST AMAZON COUSTOMERCARE ALSO.AMAZON CARE SERVISE CARE SEID THEM I HAVE NOT RECIVED ANY AMOUNT .
