Dear citibank Team

I am Karan panwar , I have trying to recharge my jio fiber from my paytm account and transaction is processed by your payment gateway and my money is deducted from my account but i don’t where that my money went I have not found that account number details.
Can you please check my details and refund my money back to my paytm account
I am attaching screenshots of my transaction id and reference number
