I have booked a bus tickit from hyderabad to bangalore but TSRTC canceled the tickit after 3 days I didn’t get my moneyback. I called TSRTC customer care they told me to cancel the tickit from paytm but there is no option I raised complaint by their auto generated page, they (paytm) didn’t take any action. Paytm don’t have any physical executive with whom I can share what is the problem.. They didn’t return my money
