Dear Sir,

I have Recharge A/c 199 Dated 18.11.2018 (EVD Third Party Top up -Tata Sky Transaction Id:TP1811181277378361,Receipt Number:957367521) then I Choose Stop Tata Sky Temporary Service for Two week.

But My A/c Balance is NIL (I have very shock to see this mater) on Date 02.12.2018. Then, I have complain to Tata Sky Customer Care (Complain No. 19HOUZ05) and he send rest balance about Rs.80

Therefore, I request to you kindly send my full rechage balance Rs. 199.
