I ordered the food at 1 PM and earlier estimated time for food delivery was 65 mins and then I called restaurant at 1.40 PM and no one was picked up the order that time from zomato. I received call from zomato at 2 PM and delivery boy told me that it will take another 30 mins for to deliver the food. This happened because of the zomato didn’t picked up order on time.
I want my refund back.
Zomato executive told me there is no guarantee of hot pizza. How can i eat pizza which was prepared 1 hr ago.
If you cant refund my money back then deliver my food now. I ordered the pizza for 650 rs.
