I jad ordered some items for which due to oversight was provided my old delivery address. I immediately contacted customer care but was not allowed to change my delivery address. I was told your order has been placed and if not accepted will be cancelled and no refund will be given. I had mailed customer care about my issue for the same immediately. Very bad experience losing out my hard earned money.
