I have ordered a product from meesho and choosen cash on delivery option. When it went out for delivery, I got a text from shadofax to track the order and I was not at home that time so I paid online for the product on shadowfax website. when delivery boy came he demand money and my neighbour paid him the amount, now meesho is denying to respond by saying it is matter only for courier partner and shadofax is not responding after contacting on customer care number. Kindly refund my money and resolve my issue.
