Dear Sir/Madam,
I have recharged my prepaid mobile number with 30 Rs. on 22/10/2018 by Paytm.com. Order Number for transaction is 6346731000. After deduction of 30 Rs. from my bank account i got message of payment failed. But still the amount 30 Rs. not refunded to my bank Account.
