I booked a ticket from patna to nagpur from makemytrip but ticket was not confirmed and my money was detected .the amount was 1560 .still no refund status is given. And fraud calls from make my trip are coming claiming that they will refund me the money and asking for confidentiali information and my UPI is not working now. They have not answered the costumercare no. Properly. How can booking ticket from official website or app can cause this much of chaos. I need my refund back of 1560
