Dear Sir,
I had booked one Iphone 12 Pro max 512 gb after paying Rs 1,55,399/- on 29th May 2021. After 15 day as amazon didn’t deliver the iphone, I cancelled the amazon ORDER No # 405-1741851-3306720.
Now Amazon is displaying that refund of Rs. 153,500/- have been initiated through RRN: 826977088 and expected credit on 20th June 2021.
But unfortunately the amount is not yet received as on date in my account through which I have paid the money.
I do hereby request Consumers court to solve the dispute and make the party to pay my money back to my account.
