SIR, i’m paying electricity bill through paytm payments bank debit card.
that tansaction was failed and money deducted from my bank account. for refund policy i’m waiting for five days money not credited to my account. it will take more than five days. i’m contacting my bank & marchent’s customer care they can’t found my refund status. that’s why i’m raising the dispute. please help me.
