My name is Gokul Jadhav i am frome Nanded , My complaint is about cancellation of course & refund the amount of EMI Loan. I Filled this complain because i didn’t get proper solution on my queries They just wasting my time adding the mandatory courses and neglecting my queries. On February 25 2023 i enrolled this Course Post graduation program in CAD Automotive plastic design.
I received a call from one of the skill-lynk Employee, He told me join this Course just paying 5000/- Rs and after month of gape you paid 7955/- Every month till 22 month because He sold me that coure at price 1.75 Lakh Rupees. I told him i have financial issues i’m the only person who earned in my family so-i could not Purchase your course, am already paid for third EMI, He Told me you only need to pay for three month after completion mandatory course we will provide Stipend of 15000/- & he Promised me you got a job under 3/4 months trust me, And also thay sayed 100% job carentied but after joind the course they sayed no 100% job caenty.
when i contacted the advance Financial team, they refused they were saying that we will pay you already paid for skill lynk institute.
I asked them for the proof of the statement, And he answered me like this your fourth EMI is past due.
From thereon eduvanz people are calling me frequently and asking to pay the EMI.
They are continuously calling me for EMI and harassing and threatening me by saying our executive will visit your residential address for collection etc..etc..

They continuously pressurized me and mentally and I can’t even pay concentration to my further goal.

Now what to do..
