I had order ( order ID OD223228512558571000)HP chrome book on 28/10/2021 model MT8183 of Rs 21940/- and the product got delivered on 31/11/2021. The product which I received after analysing the product UPS from there site are misleading and so I returned the product on 1/11/2021 and after return I got the message of product return but till date I did not got my hard earned money of Rs 21940/- and whenever I got chance to speak with there hopeless customer care they said they are looking into the issue and soon it will get resolved and everytime give a nonsense date via sms. After all these 420 tricks now it became to difficult to talk to customer care also as there customer care nos is not working nor they call back after repeated request from there site. Here I want to know from Govt of India n our judicial system how these fraud companies are doing business in such a open fraud way in day light? Is there is no law or machinery to check these fraudsters? Now how to get the money from these cheap fraudsters and looters ? Will our honorable judiciary n govt machinery will help to get back my hard earned money from these online thugs?
