I was booking 1st time from this plateform, On 5th oct . Nov’21 an Spicejet flight was booked from Gwalior to Mumbai, payment made sucessfully. After some time ticket cancellation mail received and refund request is generated by customer care and said it will be done with in 10 days but even after 3months it was not done.
I already 3-5 times mail drop . But refund not received.
