I have booked a room from 29/12/2021 to 31/12/2021 using OYO app with payment of 2680.When I reached the hotel then the receptionist told that there is no booking ID showing to him.When I opened my OYO application I saw it was cancelled automatically.I have also try to connect with customer care they did not respond.Please kindly help me out.
