I sent 1000 rupees reliance jio infocom jio@citibank on 4 January 2022 at 7:44 p.m. by pay again option from my paytm payment bank. Because I am a jio pos lite holder, I load money from this app but in early I paid money through pay again option which I paid before it. I clicked pay again option which was present in my paytm app. But the money 1000 rupees was not sent in my jio pos lite app. Please refund my money 1000 in my paytm account or jio pos lite account.
