We have ordered bike mobile holder from your amazon app on 21/10/2021 whose order id is 403-9871028-6324329. Which we returned with great difficulty on 13/11/2021 due to low charging and malfunction. Whose refund we have not received till date-24/11/2021. For which we have also filed a complaint in the consumer court, whose complaint no. is 3117904. Register mobile no.9045806704.
