I ordered sample products and prepaid in Smytten and for some issues I cancelled it. And in the app it is shown that within 5 to 7 working days refund amount will be refunded but they didn’t refunded till now I cancelled at date of 29-09-2023 and today it’s been 6 months. Please help me to get my refund
