Text of Complaint by Udayveer Singh Kushwah:

Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m a registered customer of Travolook. I had booked a flight from Visakhapatnam to New Delhi on 24 Dec 2021 through the website but due to any issue from Travolook end, payment gets failed. After that I did another fresh booking. At that time I contacted to customer support and after requesting too many times to the customer care team, I got my refund as cashback in Travolook wallet in spite of my original payment method i.e. my bank account. Even getting my cashback, I always unable to book flight from that amount. At present that amount is not showing in my Travolook wallet. On 05 Aug 23, I called to the customer care team on 0124-643-4800. Parul ma’am was on another side, she promised me that amount will be credited/refund back to my account within 20-25 days. But till date no refund/cashback received to me, and customer support is also not available on both call and mail. Please do the needful as soon as possible. Very unpleasant experience with Travolook.
