I have ordered a few products on Ajio on 22-09-23.
Since there is no update from their side I have contacted their customer care executive and I asked her to cancel the order since I could not cancel the order because of some technical glitch from the AJIO app.
She said she cancelled all the products and the payment will be initiated by 28th of september and I will be supposed to get the money back to my source account by 7 business days.
More than 10 business days are over till now I have not received payment from their end.
And there is no timely update regarding the same from their side and I have contacted many of their executives even then I have no proper update and no money is refunded.
And another issue I am facing from their end is my App is not at all working properly.The status is showing as confirmed on orders page and in customer care page it is showing as cancelled.I am attaching the screenshots too .
I kindly request you to look into this and update me with the same and refund my money to the source account ASAP.
