Text of Complaint by GEE JOON TOH:

I bought an HP Slim Tower Desktop from Amazon India. This was a third-party product which was sold by The-Estores, Shubh Infotech (2 Radha APT near Anand ashram, Nagpur Maharashtra, 440009. The seller’s PAN No is AYUPA2664G AND GST Registration No is 27AYUPA2664G18. The Order date is 04 July 2022 and order Number is: 404-3655819-9190715. The CPU was not working properly so I sent a request to amazon for a refund. According to Amazon’s instructions the product came under the self-return policy so i sent the product to the seller by DTDC courier service on 25th July 2022 in the same box in which i received and with proper packing. There was nothing missing when I sent the package to the seller. The product received by the seller on 27th July 2022 in a good condition. But after a month, the seller is lying and making excuses that the product was received in an improper condition and also missing some devices.
It’s been a long time we troubled and disappointed with amazon please refund my money.
