I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the resolution of a recent issue related to my order #132280423, which was canceled because the delivery agent was unable to reach me. Instead of processing a refund to my original payment method (a credit card), I was issued a voucher worth ₹857 with a one-month validity period.
I used the voucher to place an order worth ₹450, but since the voucher was one-time usable, the remaining ₹400 was lost. I find this outcome to be unfair and disappointing.
Firstly, as I made the payment electronically, the refund should have been processed back to my original payment method. Issuing a voucher instead, and then limiting it to a one-time use, has effectively deprived me of ₹400. It is unreasonable to expect that I would place an order for the full voucher amount when I only required products worth ₹450 at that time.
I am very unhappy with the service and the way this situation has been handled. I request that the remaining balance of ₹400 be refunded to me, either to my original payment method or through another suitable means.
