Text of Complaint by Oleti Kiran Kumar:

Dear Team,
I purchased a LG Side by Side refrigerator from Reliance Digital Store Anantapur on 21-May-2023. They delivered on 22-May-2023 at 8PM, installation done on 24-May-2023. But I received damaged product. So, I requested them for refund the amount. Because they told replacement will take minimum of 7 days. If again I received damaged product then again I need to wait for 7 more days for another replacement.

Replacement requested raised on 24-May-2023, but they didn’t pick up the product. So, I personally went to store to return the product with my own transport. I returned the product on 29-May-2023. Store staff told me that amount will be refunded within 3 working days.

Till now I followed up like anything, but I didn’t get refund. I paid it from Credit Card, now EMI got generated, this will be big loss for me to pay additional changes which need to pay to bank.
