i have order train tickets through paytm in aug 09..and after payment gone it shows some error and payment gone by twiss times in my payments bank fixed deposits..and first one shows it refund my account but doesn’t credit my account and paytm shows the refund is failed..and another one is processing more than 2 weeks ..i contact the customer care with proofs but no response .it tell contact bank customer care..the money in the bank that is also paytm s bank..please do not tell your greetings to me.. i hate that words from your customer care
