I made a purchase in jio mart on date 2111/2020 with 539 Rs. But unexpectedly my products was undelivered and returned .after two days they raise a request against refund .but till now I didn’t recieve refund mean when I call for customer care they simply give reply as with in 7 working days amount will be credited. It is simply cheating people with some good transaction and later with big amount they are doing this kind of frauds.
