I have taken connection with Excitel and paid Rs 2500/- security deposit. I was told that post disconnection and device return, within 30-45 days, Refund will be initiated to the Consumer’s Bank directly. It’s now been almost 8 Months and yet my refund has not been processed by Excitel Broadband services yet. Worst customer support. No proper response from team Excitel Delhi NCR. I have stopped using Excitel and even deposited the router at our nearby office, it’s been more than 7 months till date I didn’t receive the refund of my security deposit and the customer support is picking and fooling us by giving lame excuses like they will send text message to our registered number or even tell it’s processing. They are not giving us a proper response. Fraud internet service and I am going to write about this in regional newspapers and also at consumer services. Completely fraud company. Don’t take Excitel company because they are not returning security money 2500 rs to many users. It’s been 7 monthjs now till now I haven’t received my refund. I have submitted the device on the month of December 2022.
