I have taken connection with Excitel and paid Rs 2000/- security deposit. I was told that post disconnection and device return, within 30-45 days, Refund will be initiated to Consumer’s Bank directly. Its now 2 Months and yet my refund has not been proceed by Excitel Broadband services yet.
