Text of Complaint by Charles:

The product was purchased (order ID “171-8888699-7841907”) on June 16th, 2023 and was returned to the seller on June 19th, 2023.

From mid of last month I have been trying to realise the refund amount to Amazon pay later account.

Multiple times I have been misguided and misinformed that the internal ticket has been filed and realisation might take 72 hrs and on reconnecting only realised that the supposed ticket was yet to filed another 3 days wait followed by another 24 hrs.

On top of it all – the irony is that I have actually paid the amount for a product that I didn’t utilise.

Never ending loop of phone conversation hasn’t delivered the amount or was of any help.
