I had ordered a saree from Amazon but upon not liking the item i placed a return and refund order. The delivery guy came to collect the order, checked the item and then took it. Upon waiting for 2 weeks , i called for inquiry and they said that i returned them a wrong item and they cannot refund me my money. 1st – How was the item even collected in the first place if it was wrong. 2nd – they won’t even give back the so called wrong item as well. 3rd – the customer care for Amazon is totally neglecting my issue. They just keep repeating the same thing and then keep cutting the call. 4th – how is it that without verification the delivery guy would collect the item. I never deleted the verification mail or message.
They are totally running a scam business this way. There must be something wrong from the delivery guy or there very own warehouse. But instead of investigation they are feeding me there merry lies.
