i ordered front right shock absorber for my alto k10 and the order id is GMDNG717446, amount rs 1620.00 on 01.01.2023 from Gomechanic spares app and they cancelled above product on 13.01.2023 but they have not refunded the amount till 10.03.2023. I called them up many times but they are just saying the amount will be refunded with 15 to 20 days which already have been passes one month ago. you are requested to insist them to refund at the earliest and take the strict action against Gomechanic fraud company.
