Text of Complaint by Babli Kumari:

I have ordered an item from amazon, initiated return for the item, 1st time no body has come to picked up the item, then called customer care and they have scheduled the pickup for me. Agent has come to my place and picked the item but he has updated picked up has been cancelled by customer. But reality is not this they have picked up the product and now denied for the same. I have taken follow up multiple time and there agents are giving different reasons. Last time on 22-08-2022 while i called their agent refund has been initiated and it will credit to your account before or on 26-08-2022. Today i have called customer care and they are giving again excuses and they are saying going to raise ticket again. This tickets no (V674136058, V694420495 ) has been raised on 13-08-2022 . I have got written mail for refund initiated and attached the screenshot for reference.
