Text of Complaint by Darshanala Anudeep:

I have been using Airtel mobile network since 2009 with number 9177412337, recently (24th Nov 2018) i have recharged my mobile with International roaming plan with Rs 3997.00 (Transaction ID – 181124638972) and i traveled on the same to Czech Republic country which is part European Union. After reaching there, i was able to use Airtel only on the first Day from the next day on wards there is no network coverage on my mobile (25th Nov 2018). I have informed Airtel customer support multiple times.

I had spend 224.95 Euros (Rs 18,062.72/-) in reaching airtel customer support
After multiple followups Airtel returned the amount to my Airtel prepaid mobile main balance instead of transferring to original payment source (i.e credit card).
on top of that when i asked the escalation manger (Imran) provided response stating there is no way to return the amount to bank in a very rude & impolite manner.
And Imran informed me that i can use this amount of any airtel services and no other option send this amount to bank amount.
i had to compromise here, i said my self let it be. And then in 2nd week of Jan 2019 i had to recharge my father’s Airtel number and when i asked the customer support, i can transfer a maximum of RS 101/- for that Rs15/- was charged as service fee and this is completely looting the customer. In total i transferred 5 times with 101/- and airtel charged me 75/- as service fee, which is very disapointing that using my money i had to pay fee.
on top of it, on Jan 9th 2019, i sent an email to 121@aitel by asking them to Pay my Airtel broadband bill from airtel prepaid main account balance and the response that i got was surprising that there is no such provision.

After going through all the above, it is very clear that airtel making their customer as prisoners, where prisoners had to follow the rules of Polices officials.

I want file a case/law suite against airtel to get by my Money back to my credit card/bank account plus the amount that i spent(224.95 Euros (Rs 18,062.72/-)) to reach airtel customer support.
