I had order from Swiggy e.g. mamypoko patna for my 10 months son. After ordering I was busy with my son and handling him due to fever and uneasy , vomiting, etc..for some time and due to that I was not able to attend delivery person call. When it was long time than I checked my order status and came to know that it was cancelled due to not attending call.
I asked swiggy the genuine reason but they don’t refund money saying 100% cancellation charges applicable in such case. This happed on 7th Jan 2024.
On 5th Jan 2024, My oder was delivered after more than 1 hour. I didn’t asked for reason.
Meaning, Swiggy policy is one sided and not customer benefits.
Kindly do the needful to avoid such thing happening with others and looting from customers.
