I placed an order on Flipkart HealthPlus with order number 35943185582 on December 26, 2022. However, due to some issues, I decided to return some medicines on January 25, 2023. Flipkart assured me that the refund amount of Rs. 844.74 would be processed within 7-10 working days. Unfortunately, I haven’t received the amount yet. Customer care advised me to initiate a chargeback against the provided ARN No. Following their advice, I applied for the chargeback procedure, but the bank informed me that the ARN No. provided by Flipkart was related to another transaction. The bank instructed me to obtain the actual refund transaction ID from Flipkart.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter by taking the necessary steps.
