ON jULY 8TH , WE ORDERED ITEM WORTH RS 2900 FROM JIO MART. aFTER MULTIPLE FOLLOW UPS, ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED AND ON 21ST jULY, IT WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED WITHOUT DELIVERY. since then i am chasing for refund but they always say working on it. Somethime, said that the amount has been refunded, pleaqse check. On follow up, they say, it was not refunded. Asked for bank accoutn statement as well but no resolution yet.
