This is to bring to your kind notice that the undersigned ordered certain items from my paytm account bearing mobile no. 9359922456. Order no. Being 3825441667..for the said order it is stated that one item I.e lizol disinfectant surface cleaner of worth rs.300 the said item was unsealed and opened and 3/4 in quantity..I have raised a lot of tickets..but still no resolution has been provided..further with regard to order no. 3877970585 it is stated that the item himalaya sensitive toothpaste is not yet delivered..kindly issue refund for both items if couldn’t be replaced or delivered immediately
