My name is P. VINOD KUMAR working as a faculty in an engineering college. I along with my friends visited GOA in the month of august. We booked four rooms at “capital O 86047 hotel sunview” on 13/08/2022 through booking.com app. Its been asked to pay the amount (Rs. 11,414) and we paid through the app. The confirmation number is 3333547533.
We reached the hotel and contacted the property manager. He told that the property has withdrawn from OYO franchise and they have migrated to FAB hotels. And he said to talk with OYO customer care. I contacted OYO care and they have accepted the issue and tried to arrange another hotel but failed as there were no rooms available at that time in that area. OYO care also told that we have to apply for refund issue after the check out date as the app automatically makes it self check in.
I have contacted OYO care two days later and asked for the refund. They said ok and asked my bank details. I have forwarded my bank details. They told me to wait for 14 days to get the refund. Its been more that 20 days and no refund yet. Now when I tried to contact the customer care, they have closed my PNR number. I could not access the support now. I have kept a mail mentioning the ticket ID. But no use till now. I request to resolve my issue.
