Hi Team, I am getting harassed by your Paytm postpaid team by getting calls daily nearly 10 times. I have activated Paytm postpaid last month and while transferring fund to G pay unfortunately got recharged for G play. For that I have contacted Google play and took confirmation that I am not going to reedem the coupon and shared the mail with Paytm asking revert the amount as coupon was unused. Paytm took 14 days and finally stopped replying to my mails .. last response I got from Paytm is on 14th Aug. I admitted my mistake and told that cannot pay the amount which wrongly recharged. I am getting calls on daily basis from Aditya Birla finance asking to pay the amount and they harassing me .. every time I receive the call explain the whole story and they will say that I am updating in the system however again same story gets repeat when the next person calls me . Please support in this as I am mentally getting disturbed because of the calls . Every day morning at 8 o clock I get an ivr call asking to make the payment which very much annoying. Please help here
