I have ordered iqoo Neo 7 from official website 256 GB varient on 28jun2023, but due to some technical issues they cancelled my order and I received a email that they cancelled the order and money will be refunded in my original payment method in 7 to 10 business days. I have done many emails many calls to the customer service, but they does nothing only highlight the case from more than 60 days. That’s why I came to consumers forum. Pls. Do something to refund the amount.
