Hi, I booked a bus from TRIVANDRUM to Chennai on 25th Dec (boarding point: Kazhakootam). However the bus was cancelled as confirmed by the travels and they later merged it with another travel. We informed them that we do not want to travel and asked for refund as the timing of the bus departure was 3 hours later. Now we have been following up with travels and there is no response whatsoever.
