I had ordered a bar code scanner from Amazon which was not working well in our system. so i returned it. After returning the product refund of the said product was added to gift card of amazon pay balance where from i am unable to transfer my money Rs. 5530 to my account. I have two bank accounts linked with this amazon, still they are holding my money in the name of Amazon gift card. this is clear cheating customers.
