I have ordered borosil steel product in amazon. But I received a different product, a glass item instead of steel item.I have placed an order worth 1600 rupees. I requested return for the product and a amazon agent picked up the product successfully.But I didn’t received any refund and instead of that they are blaming me that I didn’t returned the right product.But I returned the same product which I received .
I need a proper resolution and answer from amazon.
Is this the way to treat a customer and blame me without my mistake
