I had placed an order on 12th August 2022 vide order id-1080019.the delivery address was of new Delhi.In afternoon I got a call from delivery boy named Jatin that the delivery address location is 21km from the place where he is standing,at first instance he told me his unwillingness to deliver the consigned item as the delivery location is far away and then in second instance he asked for money to deliver the goods. I denied to pay money and in evening I received a message that your items has been delivered from myflowertree but no delivery was made.i lodge the complaint against the order id that fake delivery has been reported, I talked to the customer care executive couple of times and I got assurty that resolution will be done but unfortunately nothing has been done.
