i order an gift items from myflowertree.com vide order id-1080019 dated 12 august 2022 of Rs 894 but the said order was not delivered to the consignee and i recived a false message from the company that your order has been delivered.i have made complaint to the company via myflower tree website ,Over phone to their customer care exceutive but they neither delivered the said gift items nor they refunded back my money which i had requested in my complaint.
Still they have not refunded back my money.
